Exclamation Scammed

I'm not quite sure if this is the place to put such information, but anyway...

The person in question goes by the name of B I I I I D and Plz Smile Again, he did some trading with a fellow guild member for 100 ectos at a price of 100,000 gold, needless to say there was a small mistake on the part of my fellow guild member in accepting before noticing that the person he was trading with only submitted an offer of 100 gold

The mistake was immediately pointed out but by this time he was placed in the ignore list of this person and they moved elsewhere.

This person is dishonest and should be avoided at all costs.

If anyone knows what guild this person is with please inform us, also if anyone knows a way of recovering such monies, unlikely as it may, we would be grateful for such information.

ON ANOTHER NOTE

People offering running services should beware of the following person:-

Big Red J I K O

He to is dishonest and should be avoided.

Thank you

ok i admit what he did was wrong in that he should have paid atleast 90% of the 100k

but it is pretty darn stupid of your guild member to not check before making such a huge trade

Brother of Blood is another scamming runner. He runs from droknars to copperhammer and asks for 1.5k in Ice Dome. Once he gets his cash from everyone he quits and ignores you. He goes by other names which I will let you know when I see him again.

If your freind was selling 100 ecto for 100k then he got scammed 2x. first ecto are 7.5k each at trader right now, that is 750k worth. Sounds like he picked up 100 ecto at the price reset and was trying to move them. You'd think that someone who was making that much in a trade would double-check the transaction. Sorry. but that is one of the oldest scams in GW and he bit on it.

You should make people pay something like 100 123g, instead of just 100k, then you won't be fooled again.

Sorry, I feel bad for people who get scammed, but I will no longer have Sympathy for these people. It is your friends fault he got scammed, not thinking about looking at the price

Sorry, if I was selling something for 100k, I will be making damn sure that, that price IS set to 100k. So whoever your friend is, just needs to think more, and now that he has learned a valuable lesson, I am sure we will not be hearing that fact he got scammed again. Sorry, but Scamming is a 2 sided thing. Those who are pulling it off, and those who are to dumb to pay attention to the transaction of the trade.

I agree with Killajalavu, it's not nice if it happens, but it's your own fault.. trade has to be accepted by both parties.
so just pay some extra attention

100 ectos at one shot?

it sounds like he was one of the people who hit the jackpot price reset

sell the next 100 more carefully as he is actually out only the few thousand he paid for them

'Plz Smile Again' is 'High Chuntaya', a well known scammer, his guild tag is [AZN]
